Payment Terms and Conditions

For all standard procurement orders, the following payment schedule applies:

Initial Deposit: A 30% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)

This deposit is required upon the issuance of the Proforma Invoice. This deposit facilitates the following essential project phases:

  • Order processing and administrative allocation.
  • Loading and handling of goods.
  • Inland transportation to the designated Loading Port.
  • Mandatory Third-Party Inspections (SGS) to ensure quality compliance.
  • Export logistics and documentation.
  • Final Balance: The remaining 70% balance is payable via T/T following the confirmed arrival and verification of goods at the Buyer’s destination port or designated delivery address.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations following the initial deposit payment are subject to review. To initiate a cancellation, the Buyer must submit a formal, signed request drafted on the company’s official business letterhead. Please note that cancellation eligibility may depend on the current stage of order processing and logistics.

Supply Capacity and Distribution

We maintain robust supply capabilities to support long-term contracts and high-volume regular supplies. Our operations are supported by established distribution partnerships within Europe, governed by long-term contractual agreements, ensuring consistent availability and reliable service for our global partners.

Trial Order Provisions

To allow new clients to evaluate our product quality, we offer Trial Orders under the following specific terms:

  • Volume: Trial orders are defined as shipments ranging from 1 to 10 metric tons (approximately 5–10 pallets).
  • Payment Terms: Payment for trial orders is negotiable based on total volume. However, for all orders with a total value below €2,000 (approx. $2,051.30), we require 100% T/T payment in advance against the Trial Order Invoice.
  • Negotiability: For trial volumes exceeding the minimum threshold, payment terms may be adjusted following a consultation with our finance department.
