Curious Brew Bottles 12x330ml

Description

About

Curious Brew is an award-winning premium lager brewed using high-quality ingredients and a unique blend of British barley malt, noble hops, and a touch of English wine yeast. Created by Curious Brewery, it brings together traditional brewing techniques with innovative thinking to deliver a crisp, refined, and refreshingly modern beer. Its distinctive character has made it a popular choice for those seeking a premium lager with added depth and complexity.

Tasting Note

Pale golden in colour, Curious Brew opens with fresh aromas of citrus, green apple, and light floral hops. The palate is clean and refreshing, offering flavours of biscuit malt, lemon zest, and subtle stone fruit, balanced by a gentle hop bitterness. The finish is crisp, dry, and exceptionally smooth, leaving a delicate fruitiness and a refreshing lingering freshness.

Food Pairing

Curious Brew pairs beautifully with grilled chicken, seafood dishes, and light pasta recipes, where its crisp character enhances delicate flavours. It also works wonderfully with soft cheeses, fish and chips, or fresh salads with citrus dressings.
