About
Our reason for being is to inspire people to stay curious. To question. To celebrate. To smile more. And to never graduate from the school of life. Tasting Note
This balanced but powerfully hoppy India Pale Ale is brewed using the finest pale ale malt and three complimentary hops. We use Goldings – the traditional, fresh, sweet, delicate king of English hops. Then we add Brambling Cross, a spicy blackcurranty beauty and finish with a touch of the extremely clean fresh Citra hop, for a quenching zestiness. We think that in balancing these three exciting hops we have created a beer of great power yet drinkable harmony.
Food Pairing
Curious IPA pairs beautifully with grilled chicken, gourmet burgers, and spicy dishes such as tacos or Thai curries, where its bright hop character helps balance rich and bold flavours. It also complements seafood dishes, fish tacos, and mature cheeses such as Cheddar or Red Leicester, enhancing savoury notes with its refreshing bitterness. For lighter options, enjoy it alongside charcuterie boards, salted snacks, or fresh summer salads, allowing the beer’s citrus and tropical fruit profile to shine through.
