When used with the Guinness Surger device, specially developed cans produce the iconic cascading effect and creamy head that Guinness is renowned for. Brewed with the same roasted barley, hops, yeast, and water as traditional Guinness Draught, it delivers the unmistakable character and quality that have made Guinness a global icon.

Tasting Note

Deep ruby-black in colour with a dense, creamy head, Guinness Draught Surger offers classic aromas of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, toasted malt, and subtle caramel. The palate is smooth and velvety, revealing flavours of roasted barley, cocoa, espresso, and bittersweet chocolate, balanced by gentle hop bitterness. The finish is long, creamy, and satisfying, leaving lingering notes of coffee, dark malt, and subtle sweetness.

Food Pairing

Pairs exceptionally well with hearty dishes such as beef stew, steak and ale pie, and slow-cooked short ribs, where its roasted malt character complements rich savoury flavours.
