Kronenbourg Biere 1664 Bottles 12x275ml

Description

About

Kronenbourg 1664 is France’s best-selling premium lager, brewed with a heritage dating back to 1664. Crafted using carefully selected ingredients and the renowned Strisselspalt hops from Alsace, it delivers a distinctive French character that sets it apart from traditional lagers. Elegant, refreshing and well-balanced, 1664 has become a favourite for those seeking a sophisticated continental beer experience.

Tasting Note

Pale gold in colour with a bright white head, Kronenbourg 1664 offers delicate aromas of floral hops, citrus and light malt. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with subtle notes of lemon, biscuit and freshly baked bread balanced by gentle bitterness. Smooth and clean throughout, it finishes dry with a refined hop character.

Food Pairing

Kronenbourg 1664 pairs beautifully with seafood dishes such as grilled prawns, moules marinière and battered fish. Its crisp acidity and light bitterness also complement roast chicken, salads, charcuterie and soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert. For casual occasions, it is equally at home alongside burgers, fries and classic French bistro dishes.
