Tasting Note
The appearance is light, straw yellow with brilliant clarity. With an aroma of mild honeyed toast, light citrus, mild nuttiness. Exceptionally crisp and dry/medium-bodied lager with a tangy orange rye, with delicate spiced notes. Snappy bitter finish.

Mixed hors d’oeuvres, fried shellfish, vinegar based dishes and white sauce pasta.
