SASSY Poire Cider 12x330ml

Description

About

SASSY Poiré Cidre is a premium French pear cider crafted in Normandy using carefully selected varieties of perry pears. Produced by Maison SASSY, it combines traditional French cider-making expertise with a contemporary approach, resulting in a refined and elegant sparkling cider. Delicate, refreshing, and naturally fruit-driven, SASSY Poiré is celebrated for its balance, finesse, and authentic expression of French orchard fruit.

Tasting Note

Pale straw in colour with fine, lively bubbles, SASSY Poiré opens with fragrant aromas of fresh pear, white flowers, and subtle citrus. The palate is light and crisp, showcasing juicy pear flavours complemented by hints of green apple, honeysuckle, and gentle minerality. Its finish is clean, refreshing, and delicately dry, leaving lingering notes of orchard fruit and floral freshness.

Food Pairing

Pairs beautifully with seafood dishes such as oysters, scallops, and grilled prawns, where its crisp acidity enhances delicate coastal flavours. It also complements soft cheeses such as brie, camembert, and goat’s cheese, creating a harmonious balance between creamy textures and fresh fruit character. For dessert, enjoy it with pear tart, almond pastries, or light fruit-based desserts to highlight the cider’s elegant pear notes and refreshing finish.
