Shipping wholesale liquidation pallets differs significantly from standard goods due to the unique nature and packaging of the merchandise, which is why we employ a variety of methods to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your purchased goods.

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of products purchased through our website, Prosperionltd.com ("Website").
We understand the importance of clear communication and transparency. Our team is readily available to assist you in selecting the optimal packaging and shipping method to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to be informed of particular restrictions in the country to which products are being shipped. Prosperion cannot be held responsible for merchandise seized or refused at customs as a result of regulations or laws pertaining to that country. Please make sure you familiarize yourself with those costs & are able to successfully customs clear your goods given the information provided prior to placing orders. Please contact your local customs office prior to ordering to make sure the products purchased can be imported without restriction.
U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) has very broad authority to inspect Export Cargo & can select any shipment to examine. The cost of such inspections, if and when so ordered by CPB are the responsibility of the consignee. Customs clearance, duties and other related import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the consignee. When appropriate please make sure to check the Seal # matches the paperwork and is not tampered with.

Shipping Charges:
Your shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your ordered package. You'll be sent the exact shipping cost after your place your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Ocean freight charges can run from $200-$600 per pallet, depending on the destination and are typically uneconomical to do so in our industry for low value pallets.
• Container Loads are typically the most cost-effective way to ship larger amounts of merchandise overseas.
• Ocean freight can cost between $1,500-$5,000 for a full container, depending on the size (20′, 40′, 45′) and the destination.

PACKAGING
Our pallets are typically packaged in various formats, including
Cases: Individual products are boxed and grouped into cases for easier handling and organization.
Bins: Bulk items are often packaged in large plastic bins for easy loading and unloading.
Gaylords: These large, corrugated boxes are ideal for shipping heavier items or larger quantities.
Shrink-Wrapped Pallets: Pallets are shrink-wrapped to secure the goods and protect them during transport.

We ship dozens of orders weekly, and in over 98% of cases, orders are shipped and clear customs without any issues.
Due to the nature of our business, we are often unable to provide detailed manifests or country of origins for the items we offer.
While this typically does not cause problems at customs, we want to inform our customers that in very rare instances, clearing customs with such goods can be problematic.

PICKUP APPOINTMENTS
• Drivers showing up without a same-day appointment will be turned away.
• Driver must present a BOL that matches the one uploaded to your order or the shipment will not be loaded.
• Missing a pickup time by more than two (2) hours may result in an appointment cancellation and a delay in your order fulfillment.
• Any costs incurred due to a missed appointment are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Failure to pick up a paid order within five (5) business days will incur a daily storage fee of $7 per pallet.
• Pickup appointments canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a restocking fee of $100.
• Driver must present a BOL that matches the one uploaded to your order or the shipment will not be loaded.

Important Policies & Requirements:
1.) We can ship our liquidated goods to any address in the continental United States for US-based inventory and any address in Europe and the World for Poland-based inventory. We do not ship our US-based inventory internationally. If you require international shipping arrangements, contact our customer service to receive a customs broker contact who can assist you.
2.) Any buyer who arranges their own shipping is responsible for the carrier receiving payment regardless of whether the buyer’s broker has been paid.
3.) If shipping to a residential address, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the carrier provides a lift gate to unload the pallet(s).
4.) Any buyer who arranges the shipping of purchased goods waives the right to claim damages or non-conformity of goods once the goods are released by us.
