London Brewing Company Gigglemug Hazy Pale Ale Cans 24x440ml

Description

About

Gigglemug is a Hazy Pale Ale from London Brewing Co. Named after those who never stop smiling. Brewed with lager malt and plenty of wheat, this unfiltered pale ale combines expressive yeast character with modern hop varieties to create a juicy, fruit-forward beer with a soft haze and excellent body.

Tasting Note

A juicy hop aroma, complemented by a distinctive stone fruit character from the yeast. Flavours of peach and apricot are layered with notes of over-ripe tropical fruit and bubblegum, while dry-hopping with Azacca hops adds hints of mango, papaya, grapefruit and lemon. Low bitterness and a full, smooth body make it highly approachable and refreshing.

Food Pairing

The fruity, low-bitterness profile of Gigglemug pairs beautifully with spicy foods such as tacos, Thai dishes and BBQ chicken. Its tropical fruit character also complements grilled seafood, burgers and fresh salads, while soft cheeses such as Brie or goat’s cheese bring out the beer’s stone fruit and citrus notes.
