Tasting Note

Deep ruby-red in colour with a sparkling appearance, Old Mout Flavourwave Berries & Cherries Cider bursts with aromas of ripe cherries, blackcurrants, raspberries, and fresh orchard apples. The palate is smooth and juicy, offering layers of sweet cherry and mixed berry flavours balanced by crisp apple notes and refreshing acidity. The finish is clean, fruity, and refreshing, leaving lingering hints of summer berries and ripe cherry sweetness.

Food Pairing

Pairs beautifully with grilled chicken, glazed pork, and barbecue dishes, where its vibrant fruit character complements smoky and savoury flavours. It also works exceptionally well alongside soft cheeses such as brie and camembert, creating a delicious contrast between creamy textures and bright berry notes. For dessert, enjoy it with berry cheesecake, chocolate brownies, or summer fruit pavlova to enhance the cider’s rich fruit flavours and refreshing finish.
